Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to meet our insurability guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy manual labor and general maintenance work
- Operate equipment and use common tools, methods, and materials
- Work in adverse weather conditions, lift up to 100 lbs., and climb ladders/steps
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a CDL (Class B, with air brakes) within 6 months
- Pass a background investigation, physical, and drug screening (paid by the City)
- Regular, predictable attendance

- Non-negotiable starting hourly rate: $17.1330 (without CDL) or $18.3308 (with CDL)
