The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm with the regular meeting to follow. \n  \nPreliminary Planned Unit Development #2-24\, as requested by Alto Real Estate\, LLC located at Parcel ID A05-1-115-00-00-88\, A05-1-115-00-00-89\, A05-1-115-00-00-90 and A05-1-115-00-00 to rezone the properties from Medium Density Residential (MDR)\, Multi-unit Residential District (MUR) and Neighborhood Business (NB) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). \n \nPreliminary Planned Unit Development# 3-24 as requested by Randy Loebig located at Parcel ID A01-0-001-00-250-03 and A01-0-001-00-249-04 currently pending annexation to the City to be zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). \n \nFull application packages are available for public viewing in the Public Service Department Office (104 E Franklin St.) during regular business hours (8am-4pm).
