The Starkey Pavilion at Mary Virginia Crites Hannan Park is the only shelter we currently take reservations for. All other shelters are first come, first serve.

If you are looking to reserve a shelter for a Community Event, please fill out this form and return it to the Service Department or email to schannell@circlevilleoh.gov : Community Event Park Rental Form 2025

Community events must be open to the public and the event host must provide proof of liability insurance for at least $2,000,000. The City must be listed on the policy.

For private events, you may reserve the Starkey Pavillion by following the steps below:
