The City of Circleville Historic Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on
Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers 2nd Fl., 127 South Court St., Circleville, OH 43113 to hear the following requests:
CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS #1-26, Requested by: 740 Aesthetics and Wellness, 101 E. Main St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. Parcel # A0520410002100. Modify: add vinyl lettering in front windows. This is in the Downtown Business District (DB) within Historic District Overlay (HD).
The application and plans are available for inspection for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing at the Service Department, 104 East Franklin St. Circleville, OH 43113.
