A site plan drawing must be submitted with each Zoning Permit application. The drawing must show all property lines, existing structures, and proposed construction with dimensions. All distances between the proposed construction, property lines and other structures must be labeled. Drawings may be done by a professional or hand drawn by yourself. See below for examples.
