Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday December 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Circleville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers located in the City Hall Building, 127 S. Court Street, 2^nd FL, Circleville, OH 43113. The Public Hearing will be to hear the following request: Preliminary Planned Unit Development #1-26, as requested by Roundtown Development Partners, LLC for Scioto Preserve located at Parcel IDs A01-0-001-00-063-01, A01-0-001-00-133-00, A01-0-001-00-133-01, A01-0-001-00-136-00, A01-0-001-00-137-00, A01-0-001-00-138-00, A01-0-001-00-139-00, A01-0-001-00-139-01, A01-0-001-00-139-02 and A01-0-001-00-139-03 currently zoned AG (Agricultural) to be rezoned Planned Unit Development (PUD).
