About the Project:
The City of Circleville, in coordination with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT)
The purpose of the project is to improve mobility and reduce traffic disruptions for the public (motorists, pedestrians, and emergency responders) in the City of Circleville caused by train delays on the Norfolk Southern Rail Lines.
The primary need elements of the project is to improve the flow of traffic (mobility) in the City across the Norfolk Southern Rail Lines for the travelling public and EMS services.
