A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING AN INTENT BY THE CITY TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS UPON PASSAGE OF THE TAX LEVY.

AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN APPLICATION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF 199.660 ACRES TO THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE REAR OF PROPERTIES FACING NORTH COURT STREET, BETWEEN PROPERTIES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WATER STREET AND THE NORTH AREA ALLEY, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE J.R. BAUM FIRST ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN THE PICKAWAY COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE UNDER PLAT BOOK #2, PAGE #17, REZONING FROM R-4, HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTIAL TO R-5, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
