A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SAFETY DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE DETERMINE AND DECLARE A REASONABLE AND SAFE PRIMA-FACIE SPEED LIMIT FOR STOUTSVILLE PIKE BETWEEN THE AREAS OF LANCASTER PIKE AND BOLENDER PONTIOUS ROAD.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SAFETY DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE DETERMINE AND DECLARE A REASONABLE AND SAFE PRIMA-FACIE SPEED LIMIT FOR NORTHRIDGE ROAD (STATE ROUTE 188) BETWEEN THE AREAS OF NICHOLAS DRIVE AND PONTIOUS ROAD.

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A SECTION 139.04 TO THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE ESTABLISHING HEARING PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING ISSUES AND DISPUTES WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE IN THE STREET CONSTRUCTION FUND OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR TWO TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS TO BE LOCATED ON MAIN STREET BETWEEN WESTERN AVENUE AND PICKAWAY STREET AND TO BE COMPLETED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE 2001 STREET IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
