AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH COLUMBUS SOUTHERN POWER COMPANY TO PROVIDE CONTRACTING ELECTRICAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH EDSALL AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SITE PLAN FOR THE PARK TO BE LOCATED ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY AT THE CORNER OF STATE ROUTE 188 AND PONTIOUS ROAD.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE AND SETTING A REASONABLE COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT AND TO OTHERWISE TAKE ALL ACTION NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE BURIAL LOTS FROM THE FOREST CEMETERY ASSOCIATION TO BE USED FOR CITY INDIGENT BURIALS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUMPKIN SHOW, INC. TO OPERATE THE ANNUAL “PUMPKIN SHOW” ON VARIOUS STREETS AND SIDEWALKS OF THE CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE, OHIO.

AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS OF NORTHWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION SECTIONS 6 & 7, INCLUDING NORTHFIELD DRIVE, BOWERS COURT, AND VICTOR DRIVE, BY THE INSTALLATION OF STORM SEWER LINES AND REGRADING THE REAR DRAINAGE EASEMENTS TO ENSURE PROPER DRAINAGE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR STATE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM (SCIP), (FORMERLY ISSUE 2), AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (LTIP) FUNDS, FOR VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTION OF KINGSTON PIKE AND ST. RT. 56 EAST, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE PLAT OF YOUNKIN MEADOW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, CONSISTING OF FIVE LOTS, GRANTING EASEMENTS, ESTABLISHING BUILDING SETBACKS, DEDICATING RIGHT OF WAY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
