AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER OF 719 SO. COURT STREET TO HAVE THE STRUCTURE LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY DEMOLISHED AS BEING UNSAFE AND STRUCTURALLY DEFECTIVE, TO HAVE THE COST OF THIS REMOVAL ASSESSED TO THE REAL ESTATE TAXES OF THE PROPERTY OWNER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
