Monday, May 11, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers 2nd Fl., 127 South Court St., Circleville, OH 43113 to hear the following request(s):

CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS #7-26, Requested by: Brad Laxton, 304 S. Court St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. Property Address: 304 S. Court St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. Parcel #A0520540001500, #A0520540001501. Modify: Add 12’x12’ garden shed in 12’x16’ space and 4’ x12’ porch in side yard. This is in the Downtown Business District (DB) within Historic District Overlay (HD).
The application and plans are available for inspection for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing at the Service Department, 104 East Franklin St. Circleville, OH 43113.
