The City of Circleville Historic District Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 127 South Court St, to hear the following requests:
CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS #1-25, Requested by Naseem Alweshah, property address: 159 W. Main St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. Parcel # A05-3-060-00-028-00. Modify: add new storefront signage. This is in the Downtown Business District (DB) within Historic District Overlay (HD).
The application and plans are available for inspection for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing at the City of Circleville – Service Department, 104 East Franklin St. Circleville, OH.
