Historic Review Board
The City of Circleville Historic District Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers 2nd Fl, 127 South Court Street, Circleville, OH 43113, to hear the following requests:
CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS #5-25; Requested by ERA Martin & Associates Real Estate. Property address: 123 W. Main Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113. Parcel # A05-3-060-00-014-00. Property owner: J & P Rental Properties LLC. Modify: Removing existing ERA Martin & Associates sign from 118 E. Main Street and relocating it to the new building located at 123 W. Main Street. This is in the Downtown Business District (DB) within Historic District Overlay (HD).
The application and plans are available for inspection for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing at the City of Circleville Service Department, 104 East Franklin St., Circleville, OH 43113.
