New Community Authority Meeting

The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Circleville New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will hold an organizational meeting on August 12, 2026, on or about 6:00 p.m. at 127 S. Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113.  The purposes of the meeting are to (i) conduct the annual organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board; (ii) consider the addition of certain real property to the boundaries of the Authority; (iii) levy one or more Community Development Charges on real property included within the boundaries of the Authority pursuant to Article V of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Circleville New Community Authority; and (iv) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board.
