Public Hearing/Resolutions of Sufficiency

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Circleville, Ohio (the “City
Council”) will hold a public hearing pursuant to Resolution
No. 12-92-2024, of the City Council duly adopted December 3, 2024                                                                                                                                       (the “Resolution of Sufficiency”), at or after 6:30 p.m.
on January 7, 2025, at the chambers of the City Council, 121
S. Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 on the application
(the “Application”) of the City, in its capacity as “developer”
within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(E),
Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc., as property owner,
to add certain parcels of real property to the Circleville New
Community Authority District (the “District”), a new community
district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter
349, and to amend the original petition (the “Petition”)
establishing the District and the Circleville New Community
Authority.

The City Council of the City of Circleville, Ohio (the “City
Council”) will hold a public hearing pursuant to a Resolution
No. 12-93-2024 of the City Council duly adopted December
3, 2024 (the “Resolution of Sufficiency”), at or after 6:30 p.m.
on January 7, 2025, at the chambers of the City Council, 121
S. Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 on the application
(the “Application”) of the City, in its capacity as “developer”
within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(E),
Heritage Ponds Development LLC, and its successors and
assigns, including but not limited to, Fischer Homes Columbus
II, LLC, as property owner, to add certain parcels of real
property to the Circleville New Community Authority District
(the “District”), a new community district established pursuant
to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349, and to amend the
original petition (the “Petition”) establishing the District and
the Circleville New Community Authority.

The City Council of the City of Circleville, Ohio (the “City
Council”) will hold a public hearing pursuant to a Resolution
No. 12-94-2024 of the City Council duly adopted December
3, 2024 (the “Resolution of Sufficiency”), at or after 6:30 p.m.
on January 7, 2025, at the chambers of the City Council, 121
S. Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 on the application
(the “Application”) of the City, in its capacity as “developer”
within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(E),
Southern Ohio Development Group LLC and CG1 LLC as
property owners, to add certain parcels of real property to
the Circleville New Community Authority District (the “District”),
a new community district established pursuant to Ohio
Revised Code Chapter 349, and to amend the original petition
(the “Petition”) establishing the District and the Circleville
New Community Authority.

The Resolutions of Sufficiency, the Applications,
and the Petitions are each on file in the office of the Clerk
of Council, located at 121 S. Court Street, Circleville, Ohio
43113 and are available for inspection by interested persons
during regular business hours.
