Historic Review Board

The City of Circleville Historic District Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers 2nd Fl., 127 South Court St., Circleville, OH 43113 to hear the following requests:

New Business:

CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS #6-25, Requested by Paige Combs, Property address: 121 W. Main St., Circleville, Ohio 43113, Property owner: J & P Rental Properties LLC. Parcel # A0530600001400. Modify: add new design to existing sign. This is in the Downtown Business District (DB) within Historic District Overlay (HD).

The application and plans are available for inspection for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing at the City of Circleville – Service Department, 104 East Franklin St. Circleville, OH 43113.
