NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Circleville City Council will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers located in the City Hall Building, 127 S. Court Street, 2nd FL, Circleville, OH 43113. The Public Hearing will be to hear the following request:
Preliminary Planned Unit Development #2-24, as requested by Alto Real Estate, LLC located at Parcel ID A05-1-115-00-00-88, A05-1-115-00-00-89, A05-1-115-00-00-90 and A05-1-115-00-00 to rezone the properties from Medium Density Residential (MDR), Multi-unit Residential District (MUR) and Neighborhood Business (NB) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
A copy of the Planning & Zoning meeting minutes, map and all pertinent data regarding the proposed changes are on file and available for public inspection at the Circleville Planning and Zoning Office, City Administration Building, 104 East Franklin St., Circleville, Ohio, (740-477-8224.)
