The City of Circleville is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Professional Service Providers for consideration in the biennial update of Professional Service Providers on file. The City seeks to have Professional Service Providers on file for possible utilization on future projects.
This Professional Service Providers List will be effective from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
One firm will be selected for General, On-call City Engineering Services. For all other categories, firms can be selected for an unlimited number of categories and each category is unlimited to the number of firms listed.
Firms are to submit their individual qualifications and experience. No team submittals will be accepted. To request more information please email Suzanne Channell at schannell@circlevilleoh.gov.
All applicants must submit a PDF copy to: Attention: Jim Stanley at schannell@circlevilleoh.gov by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026.
