Historic Review Board

The City of Circleville Historic Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on
Monday, March 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers 2nd Fl., 127 South Court St., Circleville, OH 43113 to hear the following requests:

CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS #2-26, Requested by: Black Diamond, 126 W. Main St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. Property Address: 126 W. Main St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. Parcel # A0510010002200. Modify: Awning above main entrance of restaurant with “Black Diamond” lettering, 12’ wide 6’ high. This is in the Downtown Business District (DB) within Historic District Overlay (HD).
The application and plans are available for inspection for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing at the Service Department, 104 East Franklin St. Circleville, OH 43113.
