Public Hearings to be held on September 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
Circleville City Council will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers located in the City Hall Building, 127 S. Court Street, 2nd FL, Circleville, OH 43113. The Public Hearing will be to hear the following request: Zoning Amendment/Rezoning #2-25 as requested by Cole Thompson located at Parcel ID#: A05-2-055-00-011-00. The applicant is seeking to rezone 314 S. Pickaway St. from (DB) Downtown Business to (HSU) Historic Single Unit.
A copy of the Planning & Zoning meeting minutes, map and all pertinent data regarding the proposed changes are on file and available for public inspection at the Circleville Planning and Zoning Office, City Administration Building, 104 East Franklin St., Circleville, Ohio, 43113.
